Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), ICU

Job Description:
The registered nurse will work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) providing care for patients with trauma, cardiac issues, overdose/substance abuse, adult sepsis, and other critical conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring and titrating drips, interpreting telemetry strips, and collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure patient safety and care.
Responsibilities:
- Titrate any cardiac drip, insulin, and sedation medications.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips.
- Provide support and care for patients with a range of critical conditions.
- Float to PCU and MedSurg as needed.
Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Driver's license required for submission.
- Pass a 90% open book exam during orientation.
- Adhere to fingernail policy prohibiting artificial nails.
