Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care in the Acute Care Unit of Transylvania Regional Hospital in Brevard, NC, for patients with a variety of medical conditions. The role requires working within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Responsibilities:

Administer IVs, manage CVL and arterial lines
Monitor EKG and perform wound care
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Collaborate in team-based care meetings

Requirements:

BLS and ACLS certification prior to the end of orientation
Minimum 1 year Med/Surg experience preferred
Experience with ICU/Stepdown is advantageous
