Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. The nurse will work primarily in a Cardiac-Neuro ICU (CNICU) setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patients' vitals and adjust care as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC Charting.

Requirements:

Current IL License
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum of 2+ years of strong ICU experience
Capable of floating as needed, including weekends typically every other
