Description
Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist
City/State: Tacoma, Washington
Shift: 8H Days 7a-530p with call
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:
The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for assisting with cardiac and vascular procedures in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment. The role includes scrubbing, monitoring, and documenting procedures, with a strong requirement for prior experience and knowledge of cardiac procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Scrub and document surgical procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Assist with right and left heart catheterizations with and without intervention.
- Support structural heart and vascular cases, including TAVR and mitral clip.
- Operate specialized equipment such as IABP and Impella.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Cath Lab procedures.
- Required certifications: RCIS, RT, or RCES, ACLS, ARRT, BLS.
- Experience with sedation and Phase 1 recovery preferred; ICU or PACU experience beneficial.
- Familiarity with EPIC and MacLab charting systems.
