Job Description:

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a short-term assignment covering a leave of absence. This role will include a mix of inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient therapy services. The PT will also provide supervision and support to the PTA staff. The selected candidate will begin approximately two weeks prior to the permanent PT's departure to allow time for orientation and training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient therapy services.
• Supervise and support the PTA staff.

Requirements:

• Active Arkansas PT License and Current AHA BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently in a smaller team environment.
• Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems.
• Strong time management and adaptability in mixed settings.
• Experience in rural or critical access hospital settings preferred.
• Comfortable floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads.
• Truebridge/CPSI EMR experience strongly preferred.
