Job Description:

ICU nurses provide specialized, round-the-clock care to critically ill or injured patients, focusing on continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and intervention. Key responsibilities include managing ventilators, medication drips, and complex equipment; collaborating with doctors on treatment plans; and providing intensive, compassionate support to patients and families.
