Job Description:

Registered Nurse position for the Med/Surg unit specializing in Neuro at HCA HealthONE Swedish. The nurse will work within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct NIH/stroke assessments and neuro assessments
Perform fall risk assessments and trach care
Manage feeding tubes and seizure monitoring

Requirements:

Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
BLS certification
Preferably ACLS and neuro experience
Experience with Meditech EMR system
