Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide care for neonatal patients in a Level III high acuity NICU, managing cases including gestation micro preemies as young as 24 weeks, some requiring respiratory support and surgical interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients.
• Monitor and manage high acuity neonatal cases.
• Participate in patient care planning and implementation.
• Ensure accurate documentation using Epic charting system.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of NICU RN experience.
• Experience with Level III- Level IV NICU.
• Licensed in Illinois, CPR, and NRP certified.
• Experience with 44 weeks gestation micro preemies.
• Ability to work every other weekend as needed.
