Job Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to plastic surgery patients, including post-operative care involving drains, sutures, and staples, as well as dressing changes. The position requires experience in a medical-surgical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to plastic surgery patients
- Perform post-operative care including managing drains, sutures, staples, and dressing changes
Requirements:
- Current BLS certification
- RN license in the state of SD or a compact state
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a med/surg setting
- Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
