Job Description:
Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive care in a dynamic and busy environment, focusing on med-surg patients, including orthopedic, spine, trauma, psych medical hold, and post-surgical care.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Administer medications and intravenous fluids.
- Coordinate and oversee patient care with other healthcare professionals.
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Assist with various medical procedures and evaluate patient progress.
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- 1 year of medical-surgical experience
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and time management skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
