Job Description:
Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of care for patients within scope of practice. Provides education to patients according to their needs. Transcribes, utilizes and implements protocols and physician orders. Coordinates healthcare team and delegates appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel. Other duties as assigned.

- Provides education to patients according to their needs.
- Transcribes, utilizes and implements protocols and physician orders.
- Coordinates healthcare team and delegates appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical nurse setting preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospital preferred.
- Must have a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 60 days of hire and maintain throughout employment.
- Must have current, valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire and maintain throughout employment.
- Must have current, valid Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire and maintain throughout employment.
- Must certify in a de-escalation program within the first six months of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
- Must complete procedural sedation module within six months of hire and every two years thereafter throughout employment.
- Must obtain TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) within six months of hire and maintain throughout employment.
- ENPC (Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course) or ATCN (Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses) is highly recommended.
- Must have current, valid Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification or obtain within six months of hire and maintain throughout employment.
- Must receive QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training within one year of hire.
