Job Description:

Provide physical therapy services to patients in the acute rehab unit.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care with state-of-the-art equipment.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the Expanse system.
Potential to float to med surge if census is lower on IPR.
Participate in patient experience initiatives such as customer service and rounding.

Requirements:

BLS certification is required.
NH license required within the scope of practice.
Inpatient care experience is necessary; open to training/mentorship.
