Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist)
City/State: Dickinson, North Dakota
Shift: 8H Days M-F, 8a-5p - no weekends
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 08/24/2026
Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will primarily work in a home health setting, conducting regular visits and assessments including start of care, recerts, and resuming care. The typical workload involves 5-6 visits per day, excluding travel and add-on assessments or admissions. The therapist may occasionally be asked to perform safety evaluations or provide a one-time teaching visit in a hospice situation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct start of care, recertifications, and resumption of care.
- Perform 5-6 regular visits per day when not handling admissions.
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators and other PTs for field support.
Requirements:
- BLS certification
- ND Physical Therapy License
- Current Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Preferred experience with Home Health and OASIS training
