Cath Lab Technologist
City/State: Glendale, California
Shift: 10 Hour Days, Call Required, Every Other Weekend
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:
The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for performing technical duties in the cath lab and interventional radiology settings, including preparations for procedures, assisting during the procedures, and maintenance of equipment and supplies. Call coverage is required as part of the duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform procedures such as left and right heart catheterizations, EP studies, pacemaker and defibrillator insertions, and various interventional radiology procedures including PICC line placements and central lines.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and supplies within the cath lab.
Requirements:
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
- Fluoroscopy license required
- ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
- At least 2 years of experience in a cath lab; IR experience preferred
- Scrub experience necessary
