Job Description:
The RN in Labor and Delivery is responsible for providing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, ensuring safety and quality care during childbirth and postpartum period.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage labor patients with appropriate interventions.
- Assist during vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections.
- Continuous Electronic Fetal Monitoring and antepartum care.
Requirements:
- AWHONN Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications.
- Experience with OR Circulation for Cesarean Sections, Placement of FSE, and IUPC.
