Job Description:

The RN will work in the ER department of a critical access facility, handling traumas, strokes, STEMIs, chest pains, respiratory diagnoses, and lacerations. The RN is required to read and interpret monitoring strips and will float to MedSurg as needed.

Responsibilities:

Administer Heparin and levophed drips
Work with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:3-4
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care
Participate in self/team scheduling

Requirements:

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
Ability to interpret telemetry strips
Flexibility to work every other weekend and every third holiday
