Job Description:

The Physical Therapy Assistant will work in a Home Health setting in the greater Sacramento county area. The role involves treating a variety of diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions. The assistant will be expected to manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day, maintaining the productivity goal of the same number. Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit within the past year.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a daily caseload of 5-6 patients, providing care in home health settings.
• Treat a variety of diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions.

Requirements:

• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Provide 2 supervisory references from the submitting modality (one within 12 months and one within 3 years).
• A copy of the driver's license is needed at time of submittal to validate the legal name.
