Level 3 RN ICU
City/State: Tahlequah, Oklahoma
Shift: 3x12 Flex, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 3x12 Nights
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 07/20/2026
Job Description:
Acuity level of patients includes adults and pediatric patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and/or diseases. ICU staffing ratio is 2:1, and in SDU it is 3:1.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients in the ICU
- Utilize automated medication dispensing systems such as Pixys
- Document patient care using the EMR system, Cerner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Single State Oklahoma license or Compact nursing license
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- NIHSS stroke certification
- Pediatric experience is required
- Must wear a mask at all times in the ICU
