Job Description:
Registered Nurse position in the Med/Tele department, responsible for providing patient care on the Telemetry- WC-Cardiac/Medical 3rd Floor with a focus on conditions such as CHF, COVID, respiratory issues, GI, diabetes, telemetry, post-cath, and total joint replacement.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret telemetry strips and sign off at least once per shift.
- Administer Diltiazem/Cardizem drips at a set rate.
Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience reading basic tele strips and familiarity with CVA and TIA.
- Cerner experience recommended.
