Job Description:

Responsible for providing comprehensive respiratory care, including assessments, care planning, diagnostic testing, and patient transportation within the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• Patient assessments, development, and revision of care plans.
• Perform diagnostic testing including ABG's, PFT's, EKG's, cardiac, bronchoscopy, and pulse oximetry.
• Transport patients within the hospital or between facilities.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program, i.e., CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC.
• 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred; prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
