Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical unit is responsible for providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions and surgical interventions. This role requires proficiency in trauma/surgical experience, wound care, chest tubes, NGT, IV skills, and medication administration/documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients in the Med/Surg, Orthopedic, and Neuroscience units.
- Administer and document medications accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months experience in MedSurg or ICU with EPIC or Cerner experience.
- Certification in BLS and NIHSS.
