Job Description:

Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit responsible for providing intensive care to newborns and premature infants with high acuity needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide care for neonates in a Level III-IV NICU setting
Monitor and manage patients requiring respiratory support and surgical intervention
Care for micro preemies and grower feeders from 24 weeks gestation and up
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive neonatal care

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a NICU RN
Experience with Level III IV NICU and high acuity patients
IL Nursing License, CPR, and NRP certification
Proficiency with Epic charting system
Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
Flexibility to float to other NorthShore facilities
