Cath Lab Tech, Radiology

Shift: 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:
Provides direct care to patients and provides assistance to the Cardiologist during all phases of the procedures performed in the cardiac catheterization lab. Performs a variety of technical and administrative duties that relate to the cardiac catheterization lab. Works primarily with adult and geriatric patient populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients during procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
- Assist Cardiologists during all phases of cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Perform technical and administrative duties related to the lab operations.
Requirements:
- Must be 80+ miles from the facility.
- Driver's License required to submit.
- Graduate of an accredited technical program in Cardiovascular Technology or have a healthcare related associate's degree with Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
- 2 years experience in a cardiac catheterization or special procedures lab preferred.
- Current RCIS credential required.
