Job Title: OT (Occupational Therapist)

Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing home health services, primarily to post-acute patients. The role includes scheduling independently and requires supervision of one COTA. Candidates must have home health and Home Care Home Base experience, as well as a valid license at submission.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy to home health patients.
Supervise one COTA and manage daily schedules independently.
Maintain productivity expectations of a minimum of 6.5 points per hour.
Handle common diagnoses in post-acute settings.

Requirements:

Must have Home Health experience.
License in hand upon submission.
CPR certification required.
