Job Title
RN (Registered Nurse)
City/State: Prescott, Arizona
Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00-07:00, every other weekend, first to float
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 09/08/2026
Job Description:
The RN will work night shifts in the CVOR, focusing on advanced cardiac procedures and post-operative care, ensuring adherence to the specific protocols for patients with complex cardiovascular needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients with AMI, CAD, and PVD
- Utilize IABP, CRRT, and manage post-operative heart surgery patients
- Titrate and monitor drips such as Dex, Propofol, Dopamine, Neo, Epinephrine, Levosimendan, Insulin, and Cardene
- Collaborate with Intensivists and use in-room monitoring technology
- Float to ICU/PCU/MS/Tele as needed
Requirements:
- More than two years of CVICU experience
- Must pass dysrhythmia exam with a score of 80% or higher within two attempts
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience with Impella and Cerner preferred
