Job Description:

This position involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in a Cardiac MedSurg/Telemetry unit with a focus on cardiac patients, including those with heart failure and post-procedure monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.

Requirements:

Active IL RN license
ACLS/BLS Certification
Cardiac experience
Must pass an EKG test with 80% or higher on the first day of orientation
