Job Description:
Seeking a Travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry/Urology unit to provide quality care and promote patient care excellence. Responsibilities include head-to-toe assessments, administering IV medications, managing drips, and providing wound and catheter care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments
- Administer and manage IV medications and drips
- Provide wound care and manage drains and vacs
- Care for NGT/G tubes and administer parenteral nutrition
- Manage central lines, foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic catheters
- Provide ostomy and postoperative patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN License
- BLS Certification
- Med/Surg skillset
