Job Description:

The Registered Nurse - Telemetry is responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patient's vital signs and medical status
Administer medications and initiate necessary interventions
Coordinate with healthcare team to implement patient care plans
Document patient information and treatments accurately

Requirements:

Active IL RN license
2+ most recent years in an acute care hospital setting
Completed at least one travel contract
Certificates Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
