Job Title: Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical

Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in medical/surgical care with a focus on neuro telemetry, surgical oncology, and vascular surgery. The role involves managing patients with CVA/TIA, seizure disorders, post-surgical recovery, and vascular conditions.

Responsibilities:

Care for patients with neuro telemetry needs including those with CVA/TIA, subdurals, and seizure disorders.
Assist in post-operative recovery for surgical oncology patients, excluding chemo administration.
Manage care for vascular surgery patients post-procedures such as angiograms and amputations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience including travel assignments
Proficiency in working with Epic systems
Current IL nursing license; certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Availability for weekend shifts and assigned holidays
Flexibility to float to medical/surgical units if needed
