Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), Labor/Delivery (L&D)

City/State: Garden City, Kansas

Shift: 12H Days Nights, EOW, Must float between L&D, PP, MB/Baby, Helping hands to other units as needed, potential to be put on call

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 08/24/2026

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse for Labor/Delivery will provide comprehensive care to patients in the L&D unit. The role includes managing laboring patients and postpartum care, participating in C-sections, and providing couplet care. The nurse will ensure adherence to AWHONN guidelines, when applicable, and maintain patient safety throughout.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients.
Float between L&D, PP, and MB/Baby as needed.

Requirements:

ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications.
Experience in LDRP, couplet care, and circulating in the operating room.
Ability to titrate and manage pitocin drips.
