Description
Job Title: HI - RN Flex Pool - Days (09/21)
City/State: Hilo, Hawaii
Shift: 12-hour shifts - Days (0645 to 1915) - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:
Flex RN floats between various medical and surgical units. The role involves working 12-hour shifts with no guarantee of hours. Equipment used includes Meditech EMR, pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes.
Responsibilities:
- Float between Medical Unit, Laulima Unit, and Cardiovascular Unit on rare occasions
- Provide patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights; Laulima 1:6; Cardiovascular 1:4
Requirements:
- 2-10 years of experience
- Active State of HI license required upon start
- BLS, ACLS; Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC
- Proof of immunity required
