Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for telemetry unit in a rural hospital setting. The role requires a team player committed to providing quality care for the community. Experience in Med/Tele is essential, with a focus on conditions such as CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, and CKD. The position involves reading tele strips and administering Heparin drips.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in the telemetry unit.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips.
• Administer and titrate Heparin drips.
• Float to all med/surg units as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Tele experience.
• Rural hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
