Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit provides specialized care to critically ill patients, implementing clinical judgment and promoting patient health and safety in a 36-bed ICU.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring and recording vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care plans.

Requirements:

Experience with EPIC Charting and 2+ years of strong ICU experience is required.
Possession of an Illinois RN License, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Ability to float as needed and adaptability to weekend and holiday requirements.
