Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will work in the Emergency Room (ER) providing care for patients with a range of conditions including geriatric, abdominal pain, chest pain, stroke, psych, respiratory issues, and pediatric cases.

Responsibilities:

• Administer TNK, perform conscious sedation, manage chest tubes, insert and manage central lines.
• Work collaboratively in a pod setup, managing a patient ratio of 1:4.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department required, 5 years preferred in specialty.
• Licensure and certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI or MOAB, NIHSS.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is required.
