Job Description:

Data Collection: 7/2/2026. Unit Information: Inpatient Rehab. The unit is located on the 5th floor of the Main building with 17 beds, staffed by 9 core members. The unit utilizes EMR Meditech and is equipped with lifting equipment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care with the assigned patient ratio of 6:1.
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements:

General nursing skills
BLS certification
Rehab experience (preferred)
Meditech experience (preferred)
