Job Description:

This role involves working in a high acuity float pool across units like Critical Care, Observation, Med Surg, and more. The nurse will manage patients with a range of medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient assignments with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1-2, or 1-3 for lower acuity.
• Titrate and manage drips such as Epi, Norepi, Dobutamine, and others.
• Use and monitor devices including vents, high flow, Bipap, and Cpap.
• Read and interpret Phillips monitor strips.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience with high acuity preferred.
• Must have EPIC Experience and prior floating experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• WA or Compact License.
