Job Description:

Labor & Delivery and Nursery RN with couplet care experience for a rural community hospital in Hawaii. 45-50 deliveries a month. 72-80 working hours every two weeks. When assigned to charge nurse duties an additional $2.00/hr. will be compensated. May float to assist other departments but not as a primary nurse.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients.
Monitor fetal well-being using intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
Assist in delivery and post-partum care of mother and newborn.
Float to assist other departments as needed, without primary patient care responsibilities.

Requirements:

Current Hawaii RN license.
Experience in Labor and Delivery settings.
Proficiency in intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring.
