Backfill- Travel - Occupational Therapist

Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient adult patients, focusing on upper extremity orthopedic and neurological evaluations, progress reports, and discharge notes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outpatient evaluations and generate 10/30s progress reports.
Prepare discharge notes with a focus on upper extremity orthopedic and neurological cases.
Assist in typing reports to facilitate continuity of care by OTs.

Requirements:

OT Degree for Florida
BLS Certification
