Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit will provide care for patients with critical conditions, including managing ventilators, a-lines, and balloon pumps on occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Float to other units as needed, such as the Emergency Department and UCU, to assist with med surg patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and perform frequent patient evaluations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience with strong critical care skills.
• Active IL license, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Epic experience and completion of EKG test.
• Submission of resume, one reference from the past year, and skills checklist.
