Job Description:

The Respiratory Therapist will provide all respiratory modalities in all areas of the hospital, including medication delivery, emergency response, intubation assistance, ventilator management (both invasive and non-invasive), arterial blood gases, pulmonary hygiene, hyperinflation therapy, patient transport of critically ill patients with artificial airway, and home oxygen assessment and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medication delivery and emergency response.
• Assist with intubation and manage ventilator settings.
• Perform arterial blood gases and pulmonary hygiene.
• Conduct hyperinflation therapy and manage patient transport.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC and CO license.
• Experience in providing respiratory care to adult patients.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
