Job Description:

Physical therapy position that covers primarily inpatient and outpatient.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services in inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and home health settings.
Participate in weekend rotations as scheduled.

Requirements:

Experience using EMR systems such as EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro.
Ability to travel using home health cars as needed.
