Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare system in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and ongoing care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Proven clinical experience in acute care settings is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
