Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all aspects of patient care.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
