Job Summary
The Nursing Coordinator delivers coordinated nursing care for patients, utilizing established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing various levels of assigned nursing staff while ensuring effective collaboration with other healthcare disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff at various levels, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in decision-making processes.

Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience in coordinating nursing care and supervising staff is preferred.
