Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervisory responsibilities and collaboration with various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on the nursing process for patients or assigned groups of patients.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff, ensuring compliance with standards of care.
• Coordinate patient care effectively with other healthcare disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional discretion to make independent clinical judgments.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications
