Description
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver coordinated nursing care to patients or an assigned group of patients, adhering to established standards of care and utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional discretion in making independent judgments regarding patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license and current registration.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
