Position Details

• Desired Start Date: As soon as possible
• Shift: Nights, 18:45 - 07:15
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend required
• Holiday Requirements: Required in rotation

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in Labor and Delivery, as well as floating to Medical-Surgical as needed. Responsibilities include caring for pediatric patients and ensuring the overall well-being of patients during their stay.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Must be willing to float to Medical-Surgical unit and care for pediatric patients

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of Labor and Delivery experience in a rural hospital setting
• Prior travel experience is a plus
• Experience with EPIC for electronic medical records highly preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Current RN license
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications
• Must have completed a fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) within the past 24 months
• Commitment to obtaining PALS certification prior to start date

• Orientation will be conducted virtually on Monday
• Credentials must be submitted one week prior to the start date
