Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MRI Technologist to join a busy MRI department. The ideal candidate will provide support for inpatient MRI studies and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
This position requires availability for the following shifts:
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Contract Length
This role is a 13-week contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI scans on patients.
- Assist in inpatient MRI studies.
- Maintain safety protocols and patient care standards.
- Work independently and efficiently in a busy setting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in MRI.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI.
Holiday Expectations
Must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (either the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
Location
The position is located in a city in the state where no local candidates are available within 50 miles.
