Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide quality care primarily in inpatient settings and through home health visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and be comfortable working in various environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and relieve pain.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using EMRs.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Experience in inpatient and home health settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems, including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional Information

• Home Health provides a vehicle for visits.
• Mileage reimbursement is offered but the expectation is to utilize the provided home health vehicles.
• Travelers must adhere to the 100-mile radius rule from the facility.
• All compliance documents must be uploaded five business days prior to the start date.
