Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Work Schedule

This position will involve working Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of a Saturday shift arranged in advance to accommodate a weekday off.

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA.

Location

The position is located in an outpatient setting in City, State.

Cancellation Policy

The facility reserves the right to cancel up to four shifts during a 13-week assignment, or three shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks.

Charting System

Participants will utilize the MEDITECH charting system for patient documentation and record-keeping.
